Commission
Firstly we need you to fill in a form giving us a detailed brief of your requirements so we can get back to you with an estimate of the costs involved.
Please remember when doing this that, 'our time is your money' so you need to give as much information as possible at this point.

.ai (vector, this will scale to any size without loss of quality) .psd .jpg .gif .png .pdf

Please state your required file format when filling in the form.

How does it work
When we receive a completed commission form with a detailed brief of your requirements we get back to you with an estimate of the costs. This may include a phone call or email requesting more info.
  • Once costs are agreed by both parties (us/you) we get to work and will send you thumb nail images/ideas for approval.
  • When these are approved the artwork will be completed and you will receive a (watermarked) copy of this for final approval.
  • To make things clear, you will not receive your final piece of artwork until payment is made in full.
"I NEED IT TOMORROW" Probably impossible but give us a call anyway, you never know...

NB:
  • If you cancel the commission for any reason from the point of receiving thumbnails/ideas you will be liable and invoiced for half the agreed costs.
  • If you cancel the commission for any reason from the point of receiving finished artwork you will be liable and invoiced for the full amount of the agreed costs.

Payment
We should soon be able to take payment in many ways including Cheque, BACS Transfer, PayPal, Over the phone and of course cash always works if you're local to us.
